The bit the text is on?What is the code to change the midground bit. so not the background to the text, but the bit above that.
I found it.The bit the text is on?
I want to know just that.
}
.messageList {
background-image:url('http://i.imgur.com/B1W7erb.png')
}
}
.messageList {
background-image: opacity: 0.5; /*text background*/
}
So, what is wrong with this bit of code? IT doen't work...
According to this website, it should work.Code:} .messageList { background-image: opacity: 0.5; /*text background*/ }
http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_opacity.asp
.messageList {
background-image { opacity: 0.5; /* text background */ }
}
.messageList {
background-image: url();
opacity: 0.5; /* text background */
}
neither of those work for meIf my knowledge of CSS doesn't fail me, I think it's supposed to look like this:
IIRC you can have braces within braces as long as each one is closed properly. Although, this might not work. I'm not the best at CSS - more of an HTML guy.Code:.messageList { background-image { opacity: 0.5; /* text background */ } }
EDIT: It might also work if you do this.
Code:.messageList { background-image: url(); opacity: 0.5; /* text background */ }
Unless you're trying to apply the opacity to the background-image, in which I don't know off the top of my head.
I once used a customized version of this script to do this kind of edit : http://userscripts-mirror.org/scripts/review/31650Hmm. Working with UserScripts, but I don't know how to trigger something in JavaScript without an 'onclick' or a function. Any way to trigger it when the page loads?
