Was a third party software used to create some of the screenshots on Terraria's Steam page?

The screenshots of Terraria on Steam are pretty nice, I must say.

However, the 12th screenshot struck me as odd.

The stalactites (the things hanging down from the stones/cliff on the right) cannot be placed by hand.
This let me to speculate that either an extension for the Ocean biome was/is planned or that a third party software (like TEdit) was used to edit the map.

What do you guys think?

I think they probably just used the camera mode for that picture, since I'm pretty sure it cancels out the inventory.

Yeah TEDIT was definitely used to place those stalactites as they unfortunately can't be placed by hand currently. An ingame editor that allows you to spawn mobs was also likely used to setup those jellyfish. The picture was most likely taken with the ingame capture tool.
