PC Terraria runs then syncs then does not run

When launching Terraria PC the game begins to run for a few seconds, then will begin to sync and then does not load at all. This problem began a few days ago and i have tried reinstalling, uninstalling then loading a backup, and other generic troubleshooting fixes.
