Mine don't even show up,at all in fact so where can i find them?

My problem is because of mods probably but i want to play modded,how do i fix it

i did it....and yes you have to kill the empowered chibii devourer to activate the ataraxia

well...........the chibii devourer is an extremely sour loser and kills you when you kill it.....................did this thing play like 100 years of league of legends?

I did beat it but i died and still can't equip it,ANYWAY I CAN KILL IT WITHOUT DYING SO I CAN EQUIP ATARAXIA AND OTHERS and if you do know,tell me since i really dont want the item just laying in my inventory laughing at me because i am not at the summit of apotheosis
