I would highly reccomend getting terraria on pc. Tmodloader is amazing.

I've never really looked at the mod this way, but now that I think about it the early game can be very fustrating which can put off new players.

Slime rain theme, there's something about it which I just dislike.

My favourite are Selenians but at the same time I hate them.

I'm pretty sure meteorite is now only available after you kill the brain or cthulu or eater of worlds, but smashing orbs / hearts is still worth it since they have good weapons. Edit: This only applies for pc and mobile.

Either expert or revengace. I wouldn't recommend normal I did it for my 1st calamity playthrough and I really regretted it afterwards.

In phase 3 where he shoots the homing fireballs I tend to just go in a circle when he's dashing. This makes him and the fireballs will stay pretty near eachother, and then I run in a straight line when he's shooting the fireballs and not dashing.

Either Cobalt or pearlwood due to how weak they are compared to other armors at that point in the game.
