I left a cross parting message on the ticket. They said it was only for technical issues. TECHNICALLY, their staff not doing their jobs is a technical issue. Doing the one thing they're telling me to do to solve the problem doesn't get what needs to get done, done. So if they can't find some way to solve that problem, I'll be looking to contact someone with more authority about this issue. It's ludicrous.
