Imgur is actually more of a community (apparently) than a picture sharing site.
So, Tinypic it is.

I checked Tinypic can be unstable and the pic url sometimes changes, or was that last time?

Imgur is better for uploading pictures, even though it's a community. You don't have to participate in the community to upload images.

I use Tinypic for it doesn't require an account. But since my crap are piling up, is Imgur worth making an account?

Or use Puush. It's really good. You can use more ways to upload images that way. Check it out.

Always imgur. Get hooked on imgur, you're not getting unhooked. Imgur is one of those sites which you can spend hours on without even noticing. Go with imgur purely for that reason. :v

It is, it's a content sharing site, like Youtube but for images.
But Mugi won the jackpot, get Puush. You can upload any types of files without any problems.

Which ever sites be unlucky enough to be uploaded my crap.

But imgur gets updated more regularly! :v

Surveyor needs a place to upload images to use them though, not to look at them.

You can create galleries on imgur for free.
