You can still go and enjoy the greatness of Cube World as if it was 2012... Because for the game, update-wise, it's still 2012.

That said, Trove isn't perfect, but other than the random, long login queues that seem to have mostly been fixed, it's worlds better than CW, and also free.

theres only one thing i wish you could do in trove that you can do in cube world, customize your weapons with voxel cubes

There's enough weapon types though, and since you can keep their styles, it's a matter of finding one you like.

Voxel customization in CW was nice, but the caps were usually annoyingly low.

yeah getting weapon costumes are cool
