Generally it's one of the tiest Arabic countries, foreigners gets more and better facilities than locals as it always was. And Internet is as ty as the government, it has a limit and it's expensive, around 17$ for a 10GB, and when it reaches the limit the internet speed become 20kbps, and it's slower if more devices are using it.
Right now it's 38° which is not a lot, but water is still like it comes from hell, imagine nearly half a year with hellish water, how do I live?
Now to the good things: food isn't expensive and there are no taxes.
Though we still have to pay for water and electricity, even though the government is rich as and we have a lot of oil.
