On that note, "Karl" has no gender right now, so feel free to suggest any name of any gender.

Well, I chose Rose because Plague Doctors believed in Miasma, or the idea that diseases are caused by "bad air". So, they put rose petals, lavender,and perfume in their masks to fend off diseases in the air. Hence the name, Rose. Cuddly is just an ironic name. It could be replaced with Fluffy, Cozy, etc.
