Try to log off for a while and relieve your stress however you can, then log back in when you're ready.

Try to think of things you're looking forward to and how nice it will be when they come. Also, never ever troll people in a thread even if you're trying to be funny. It will just start a flame war.

Try to ignore it. Do NOT try to stop it, that will just make it worse. Optionally, to make you just that bit friendlier, do not swear. I know it is allowed, but to me not swearing is a positive thing.

Yes, exactly. Only give criticism when absolutely neccesary. For instance, telling someone their art or story is bad will only hurt their feelings and not encourage them to improve or try harder.
