Terraria logic: diamonds =/= beetle husks

It has nothing to do with Terraria.

Ah, but it is! For there are diamonds within terraria!

By diamonds I meant the strongest material in Minecraft, by beetle husks I meant the strongest material in Terraria, and don't try to use the fact that there are stronger items then diamonds in Terraria, because I will simply ignore it. :>

I have obtained more Beetle Husks than I ever would obtain Diamonds in minecraft

But diamonds have more uses in Minecraft then beetle husks in Terraria.

I think only a few uses for diamonds there make any sense at all.

What do we use diamonds for in todays world? Rings.

Not only.
You also use diamonds to coat specific gears to easily cut through stone or solid cement.
