also i have a virus scanner and that's why i detected the virus, i search it and i found SpyHunter
It says that i have 50 viruses

Here's some advice:
Don't agree to download things unless you think they are trusted.
And have your computer run a virus scan at least every week. It helps to clear out those unwanted things, if there are any at all.
For now, just let the thing work, and don't touch anything. It'll hopefully get rid of everything. It'll tell you if it can't.
