Did you restart the game *after* you plugged in the controller? It probably only gets detected when the game starts.

I have. Im not sure what the problem is. My guess would be that Terraria wasn't detecting it but my computer is.

Welp, that's about all I know about it. Tried my logitech gamepad for about 5 minutes before getting frustrated and going back to keyboard/mouse. I'm just not a controller person, but I'm glad it's supported now.

Yeah, I am not much of a controller person either. I was just really interested in checking it out and seeing how it works. Oh Well. Thanks for trying to help

I'm sure that PS4 controllers will work, I just don't have one to try.
Are you on Windows? or Mac/Linux?
