...Have you tried fighting them with Pre-Moon Lord gear? They hit like trucks loaded with dynamite, and there's one enemy type that just goes through walls (I'm not sure which, but it's not Crawltipedes). Seriously, the other Pillars are cakewalks in comparison to the Solar Pillar.
