I wouldn't mind rules so much if they were enforced universally.

Sexism is a strong word but... it's definitely not right to allow one gender to do a thing but not the other. But it's just like real life I guess, guys can go out shirtless but not women. It's one of those wrong things that probably won't change anytime soon.

If you think about it it's just sexism that keep women from not wearing tops.
Men can develop breasts during puberty (though not all the time), but then isn't that the same as women? Should those men HAVE to wear shirts? No! That's why women should be able not to wear a shirt. And it's sexy.
