Sorry for putting the rest in comments but you can only have 420 characters. I feel like the Ranged Damage isn’t as high as it should be. Because after all Rangers have very low defense. I feel like an increase to Ranged damage would enough to make Rangers feel better to play. But if you really want to make Rangers equal adding a new game mechanic would be best.

Such as a life steal modifier/prefix to ranged weapons and or accessories If you are not aware life steal is where you heal for a percentage of the damage you deal. this has a chance to make Rangers overpowered similar to Spectre Armor was. Although you could change the numbers around.
