indeed :v well im off to my bed, hope you are able to do the same, i have a few methods that helped me when my insomnia used to affect me heavily (i have since then actually gotten over my insomnia which would keep me up for days)
1. melatonin, a classic first thing you should try.
2. Hot tea, it'll warm the body and at the same time cause a very very light sleepiness, two glasses of fresh tea or heated tea usually makes me very sleepy.
3. and last but not least, my last resort. (doesnt mean a bad idea, just means i usually try in this order) read a large book, the amount of information processed and story introduced or exppanded will cause your brain to try and "save" aka sleepy time
