The usual "100% survey-free (console) emu!" sites are the obvious fakes.
Also, a fair warning. Due to, uhm, generous contributions to them from console makers, a lot of lesser AVs (AVG, Avast, Panda) will tell you the executables are viri.
Also, don't expect 64-bits emulation to run smooth unless you have a nice beast of a PC. Talking Quadcore and 2 GB VRAM at least.
It's mostly my fault that it happened though.
I didn't get the emulator from its homepage like I should have. I used the CoolRom downloader, which put a few PUPs on my computer. Not my smartest moment.
Anything with the words "cool" or "super" or "gamerz" with a Z and related to downloading is to be avoided like the plague, that's what I learnt after a few decades of internet.
