I don`t recommend Latruncalarius since that is nearing it`s end.

Any that you can personally recommend? I want an RP that offers a lot of freedom, preferably.

Try Corruption of Zethin. It even says''You are a part of this civilization. Around twenty, it is time for you to move away to new parts of the massive city. Will you meet with others? Go alone? Become famous for music or other things? Learn about and try to stop the corruption in the government? Stay home and eat chicken fingers? It's your choice.''
