Furries are fans of anthro animals (very basic definition there). Seeing as Pedguin here likes penguins and that's it then he isn't a furry.

Just like not every furry wears or has a fursuit, not every single furry is sexually attracted to anthro animals. Thus, the bare basic definition of 'furry' is someone who likes anthro animals.
