I only died three times, and one of them was either intentional (as part of a really strange joke,) or because I was too confident in parrying attacks. (cont.)

And the killers in the latter two deaths were a Blue Bokoblin and a mini-Guardian's projectile, respectively. Or maybe it was vice-versa, who the heck cares. (cont.)

And the hunting part became a go-no when I was able to successfully waste my rusted sword by throwing it at a hog and getting free meat.

The fish part took me even longer than that, ironically. (cont.)
