Had something similar happen while off grocery shopping with my family. Freaking sharp pain in my chest, and before anyone says anything it wasn't heart burn. Still sucked regardless.

I'm thinking I'm experiencing gas pains, considering the locations of the pains and the way they feel, but I've never experienced this many at one time, and my parents think they might be being caused by stress. Hurt bad enough to warrant an early return from school.
