Not necessarily. From Forbidden Fragments, you can make an Arid Artifact which summons sandstorms and makes farming them for several hours at a time worthwhile.

Funnily enough that was the quickest and easiest one to get for me, still don't know the difference between the rare and normal one (more damage?)

I’ve noticed the breasts on rare aren’t really connected (as in it looks like it’s not wearing a “shirt”) and on the bottle it’s winking instead of smiling and I think the attack is higher and it can have more tornados out at once
