My mental state is not well. I've not been able to keep my head together to do much, especially involving other people. I think I've now been diagnosed with bipolar, but I'm not exactly clear on that. I'm holding myself together, none the less, just needed a break from interaction for a while. I want to come back, I just don't know when.

It just occurred to me that that might be a bit of a heavy answer to the question "How are you?"
