I used to feel like i was gonna die after 5 squats, now i can handle 35, so keep working, we can do it ;~;

Try incline pushups at first if normal ones are too difficult, so you can get a bit of strength in your upper body. Also remember to warm up beforehand, it lets you do more repetitions than if you were to do it without ( and also prevents you from injuries ).

Also FYI, incline pushups are pushups, just done on the wall or a slightly elevated object like table or bed.

Or you can just do "girl pushups" if you are a :red: like me.
