use a skybridge that extends to the ends of the world. A Daedalus storm bow, and a blessed apple. When summoning the Twins, use the blessed apple to get away enough from the Twins that they can't truly reach you, but also close enough that they don't respawn. Then, use the Daedalus stormbow to shoot constant arrows of (your choice) at them while dodging.

just make a Skybridge using asphalt blocks and fly over them when you need to. beat the destroyer using the nimbus rod and either a spear or that Daedalus Stormbow of yours, you an get the materials to make an asphalt block after at least after 1 mech boss has been defeated. ^^
