That'd be hard, I mean, it is 2D but you'd have to change some things. Mafia ball probably wouldn't work the same way. But you could probably do it.

Other than the Mafia Ball, his attacks shouldn’t be too hard to recreate.
Making Queen Vanessa’s Manor would definitely be difficult, cuz there’s no hiding spots in Terraria... but I bet I could make it work. An Alpine Skyline area would be pretty awesome too... so many ideas are coming to me with this!
