Fire would probably be non-existent, but my guess would be to use a volcano's heat to make glass, which in turn is used to make lenses to focus a concentrated beam of sunlight on an object to light it on fire.
We would be dead. Also, thunderstorms aren't a thing anymore, planes would incapable of landing, water travel would be a lot more efficient, and most everyone would be dead anyway from the drastic changes to the basic physics of the reality we live in and the catastrophes that would soon follow.
