When I was completing Terraria as a mage, I just went to Hallow to get some pixie dust and got an apple from... 1st unicorn. Really! How I did this?
Also when I was trying to get Demon Scythe, I got it from not the first demon, but the demon that dropped that book also dropped Cascade. Sadly, it was useless.
