Would it be a bad thing if I have HFA? Absolutely not. HFA does not mean anything bad at all. In fact, it will benefit me from knowing I have it as it addresses my self-awareness of my behavior when I was little and now.

I have huge anger issues

My anger issues calmed down once I started getting older.

I also often bottle up my emotions. I've let out a bunch of emotions a few days ago and feel cleaner now.

I have multiple symptoms of ADD. It would explain a lot, actually, if I did have it.

I just get barely any sleep on weekends

this sounds familiar... when I was on the soccer team last year my coach told me to keep my eyes forward and i literally couldn't. After the game, I tried looking people in the eye when I was talking to them and it was really hard.
