simply send out a message to everyone in the world telling them to prepare for the apocolypse

Eliminate all threats to any human allowing safety (also remove the annoying people who only care for the random pet in a movie rather than the main character)

Pay everyone on earth except for the population of a singular country to pretend they’ve never heard of the country.
