another good way is to present a scenario that is relevant to your topic.

but how can i do that without using a question

Is it about what things you need to live, like blood and stuff, or things you need in a survival situation, like shelter, heat, water, oxygen, etc.?

its more like what traits you need to survive in a dire situation
you have to pick 3 of them to do the essay on
mine are Experience, the ability to get rid of your own morals, and not underestimating your adversaries.
