@Sylbus as evidenced by the word 'gay'. Seeing as one of its definitions is supposed to be exceptionally lighthearted or carefree and not, for a time, used as an insulting descriptor for people or objects.
While Sylbus is correct that as language is modifiable, meaning that no word is completely outside the possibility of being used derogatorily, it is less likely to happen to jargon:
"I will beat the living deoxyribonucleic acid out of you, you profligate copulator," is not likely to ever be weaponized.
