a block you place on a block and what ever the weapon block was that weapon will break the block ex: a missle weapon block will allow only missles to break the block

I don't know anyþiŋ about Terraria mods but it sounds like ðe game is haviŋ trouble eiðer saviŋ or loadiŋ ðat tile. Try placing some in a world usiŋ TEdit ðen see if ðe blocks disappear when you load ðe world in tModLoader.
