Minecarts are OP for boss fights, I recommend setting up a track in the underworld, and another on the surface.
Then you can cheese EoC and King Slime on the Underworld minecart track, and set up 20 million sunflowers and a Jungle Pylon somewhere on the surface.

The underworld minecart track is also good for WoF if it goes up and down enough, and it removes the need for any movement or knockback removal accessories.
