My guess is this is a change to the way Skeletron is summoned. (Like after defeating him the first time this guy replaces the Old Man.) My reason for thinking this is because someone suggested stackable Clothier Voodoo Dolls after the Guide Voodoo Doll became stackable and they probably used it as an opportunity to reevaluate the convenience of spawning Skeletron.

This would be a big win for people who just wanna farm bosses for things like boss trophies.
