I'll need to make a list which weapons are allowed and which aren't
at least every consumable except molotovs

Sounds tough, there aren't many throwables for hardmode. You could probably do it if you had enough glass for Molotov cocktails. Or a really fat wallet.

{edit} why not Molotovs?

It's more like an explosive than a ninja like weapon.
yeah, i think I can better add every throwable weapon, and grenades, doubts of adding boomerangs

Okay, so far:
Every consumable
Every Boomerang
all throwed explosions.
Magic dagger and Vampire Knives (low change, but still)

Well, the Scrouge of the Corruptor is a javelin, why not include it?

You won't need much for PHM. Just get enchanted boomerang, hellstones and you own. For HM... Light Disc/Bananarang would be top priority I guess. Not sure how feasible it is to kill Mechs with just Flamarang.
