I worked for my 105. And it took only about two-three months for 103 of them. Just work hard, and you may get to the hundreds, or even thousands!

May want to make you channel more organized as well. Look it up, it's been a while since I did it, but there is a button somewhere that when clicked lets you organize your channel. Here, take a look at mine:
