Because we're lazy?

There's that inner laziness everybody has.
To me that's not inner.

Burden to the eyes, hard to keep it continuity.. I've tried it but it's so hard to keep it going.

Augmented TCF can help you to talk in color tho.

Well, I don't see anybody doing it. Except for @Krasunir .

I've seen Charmander27 and a few others.

Colors are pretty. Until it starts rapidly flashing different bright colors. Then it's annoying.

I would be crazy if everyone was using a different color. especially that not every color is correctly visible on certain themes

There's no rule against it, though. Yet.

Augmented TCF has the option to disable text colors, but I'm only using it if It's needed.

It can be fun to talk in colors sometimes. However with the color I use I can barely read what I'm saying, which I find pretty funny in some way.
