Agreed. I've been doing nothing but looking for something new to do, recently.

And given I've been having trouble sleeping for basically my whole life...

So have I. I have the odd problem of waking up and falling asleep progressively later every day, until I come full circle and start the cycle over again.

I have occasional bouts of insomnia, which as well as happen for no reason, last longer if I am significantly stressed.

And I've been waking up happier.
And earlier.
