Windows has decided your fate:
You must never sprite again

I actually wanted to download it so I could get back into spriting.

Somehow you travelled 2 minutes in the future to send that message.

Maybe you got an unstable version as the gimp website said that the nightly Windows versions are unstable... Maybe try to get an older version?

It works, but windows asks 'How do you want to open this type of file?' I don't get it.

Is it a package or zip or...
