I complain about 110 degrees Fahrenheit when its summer. Its not literally 110 degrees but it damn sure feels that way.

I forgot how close but I'm pretty sure Death Valley is really close to Las Vegas.

It's raining and sort of grey in North West England but I think British people would complain about the weather no matter what its like.

In the north-eastern part of the US, people always complain about the whether. It's always too hot or too cold, too dry or too rainy, etc. Personally, I think the varied weather throughout the year keeps the area from being boring weather-wise.
