Difficult one. I'd suggest trying to animate them..
Just kidding. To animate a sprite, which is what I presume you're trying to accomplish, you have to make a different amount of frames dependant on how you want the animation to look like. Once you have all the frames together, you just have to create it into a .gif. Methods of creating a .gif are pretty easy.
