I think overall the nerfs and buffs balance each other out.

sorry I don't know about it, I only know that mewtwo is a pokemon and there's something with a videogame, I just saw a lot of posts complaining

People are complaining because over all the hype they forgot that at the end of the day, Mewtwo is just another fighter on the roster. So naturally he didn't live up to the hype when he was released.

And something having to do with him having no custom specials too.

I see, what game is that btw?

Super Smash Bros 4. He returned as DLC and he's currently available to Club Nintendo members only. Everybody else can buy him on May 29.
