It kinda bothers me since I use the XenForo default theme and when I do all the content in his spoilers are all around the page of the thread.

Actually if a signature exceeds the limit it is automatically cropped. If you go onto the 'Information' tab on somebody's profile, then you see their signature as a whole. Sure, it's big, but if it exceeding the limit is your worry, then that shouldn't be a problem.
