@Qw2 question: For Spiky Ball Armor, should I have it constantly drop spiky balls when on low health, or just drop them when you get damaged?

Low Health.
If they were dropped upon damage, that would allow for easy damage back

Sort of like a last resort. If I can't code the Low Health, I'll have to go with the other option.
