I plan to one day :P Although I'm really busy at the moment with school, youtube, programming, driving & a bunch of other things. Might have time during school holidays though, we'll see what happens :)
While modding may be becoming harder for Minecraft, much more is becoming possible within the game itself. I'm constantly adding new features into the game with command blocks, so much that I decided to make YouTube videos about them. Honestly, I see Minecraft more as a game engine now.
I watched a video of the first ~20 minutes, and I wasn't all that impressed. The start was just kind of... Normal...
Still, I'm expecting it to get more epic further on in the story. Also, the interactive cutscenes were pretty great :)
I'm sure that I would have loved your game, if at any point I had been able to play it...
The pixel style is really cute though :D

Logic gates - AND, OR, NAND, XOR etc.
Wiring objects that only allow a signal from one direction, much like the way repeaters work in Minecraft
Detectors - time detector, weather detector, npc detector (detects a specified amount of npcs in a specified range), player detector...
