    PC Master Ninja Gear's Dash, is the speed cap a bug or a feature?

    When running on Asphalt blocks with some buffs, I run at 94 MPH. ...but for some reason when I dash with the Master Ninja Gear, the speed slows down to 89 MPH. Sometimes even slower. Is this a bug or an intended feature?
