This % must be wrong. I've opened so many Ocean Crates and not a single one dropped the boots. Same thing with the Frozen Crate and the Ice Skates, I've opened a lot of them and not a single one dropped. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I would really like some confirmation on those %'s

Yeah, it seems they patched it, which is kind of sad since it was the best way to get obsidian/crispy honey. Hope they patch it back, since honey is non-renewable without this.
